To All Clients
Please understand that Pet Dynasty is an open-play environment and because of this there are inherent risks, which even when closely monitored, may result in the following:

Transfer of communicable illnesses such as, but not limited to Upper Respiratory illnesses, including kennel cough, puppy warts, parasites, Pink Eye, Canine Flu (influenza), etc.

Behavioral problem injuries during the stay, usually benign, such as broken nails, sore pads, puncture wounds, abrasions and cuts, particularly in shorter coated breeds.
If your Pet has a Medical condition, either temporary or permanent, Play Time will be minimized accordingly!
If your Pet is intact and you do not make us aware that she is in heat, we will not be responsible for any conceptions. Playing time will be minimized!

Spa services, such as bathing, may cause skin irritation, shampoo in eyes, etc. For grooming services, dealing with sharp instruments carries an inherent risk of cuts, nicks, scratches, quicking of nails, etc.

Cancellation Policy
Because of the nature of our business we need to adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Boarding Reservations during regular season may be canceled 48 hours prior to your pet’s stay.
If canceled in less than 48 hours, customer will be charged for one night minimum, or one night for every three nights scheduled.
Boarding Reservations during the Holiday season may be canceled 14 days prior to your pet’s stay.
If canceled in less than 14 days, customer will be charged for two nights minimum, or half of the scheduled reservation.
There will be NO REFUNDS or credits on early pick ups during the holiday season. Early pick ups during regular season may be adjusted as a credit on your account only.
CHECK OUT TIME IS 12:00 P.M.
PAYMENT IS DUE AT DROP OFF
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON ANY SERVICES OR PACKAGES!
